Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:

We understand that “life happens” and plans change. We ask that you give us at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedule requests so that we have an opportunity to fill your time slot. 100% of any service that is canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled service will be due. Because of their length, full set appointments require a 7-day notice. Giving notice within 7 days of your appointment will result in a forfeit of your deposit.

Late arrivals will be serviced for the remainder of your allotted appointment time. Arriving more than 25 minutes late for your appointment will result in your service being canceled.
