Appointments can be made online through text.

CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING POLICY

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: We understand that “life happens” and plans change. We ask that you give us at least 12 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedule requests so that we have an opportunity to fill your time slot.

  • If you cannot make your appointment, kindly text me as soon as possible so another client may take the spot and avoid a late cancellation fee.

  • Arrive within 15 minutes: we’ll continue your service, but your appointment will end at the original time

  • Arriving more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and may need to be rescheduled, as it could delay the next client’s service.

  • Cancellations made within 3 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% charge of the service cost.

  • Cancellations made within 30 minutes of the appointment will be charged the full service cost.

  • For safety and comfort, please do not bring children and food to the studio, as your eyes will remain closed during the process, and the lash artist must stay fully focused.

REFILLS

We do not offer refill services on work performed by other salons. If you currently have lash extensions from another provider, a professional removal is required before receiving your first full set with us. This policy ensures the best results and avoids the risks associated with mixing different adhesives and materials.

2 Person Max per Room:

For purposes of safety and sanitation, we cannot allow anyone else into the service rooms other than (1) the Goldore Lashes technician and (2) the person receiving the service.
*Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult who can supervise them in the lobby while you receive your service. Children are not allowed in the service room. We will not supervise your children and cannot be held responsible for any children—if you bring a child with you who is under the age of 12 and there is no one to supervise them, your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged 50% of the service according to our late cancellation policy.

Privacy Policy

  • Information Collection: We receive, collect, and store any information you enter on our website or provide to us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet Protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet, as well as login credentials, e-mail addresses, passwords, computer and connection information, and purchase history. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page.

  • Transactions: When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect the personal information you give us, such as your name, physical address, and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.

  • Purpose of Collection: We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:

    • To provide and operate the Services;

    • To provide our Users with ongoing customer assistance and technical support;

    • To contact our Visitors and Users with general or personalized service-related notices and promotional messages;

    • To create aggregated statistical data and other aggregated and/or inferred Non-personal Information, which we or our business partners may use to provide and improve our respective services;

    • To comply with any applicable laws and regulations.

  • Communication: We may contact you to notify you regarding your appointment, send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes, we may contact you via email, telephone, text messages, and postal mail.
